Warmup - 3 sets of: Jump rope - 1min Jog around the bulding (1/10mi)
Bag Drills -
3x of 2min rounds/30sec break of: 1st minute: 10 Straight punches 10 Hooks 10 Squats 2nd minute: 10 Straight punches 10 Uppercuts 10 Push ups
3x of 2min rounds/30sec break of free style combinations
Gloves off Drills: 4x through following circuit: 40sec of Jump Rope 40sec of Battling Rope waves 40sec of DB Shadow Boxing
Finish with 8min ab circuit and then stretch
