So here's my favorite breakfast, I can eat it every day and never get tired of it.
I start out with 4oz of cooked ground turkey in a pan. Add 1cup of egg whites, I whole egg, 1/4 cup of salsa, a dash of cajun spice, and as much Frank's Redhot as you like. Scramble it all in the pan and cook until the eggs firm up.
Calories: 393 Carbs: 7.7g Fats: 15.5g Protein: 55g
You can scale down the portions for your meal size. When I am in a building phase I eat 3/4 cup of oatmeal with a tblsp of sugar free maple syrup as well. Also, for those like me who are on the run, I make 3 or 4 batches up at a time and keep them in seperate tupperware containers. Then all you have to do is pop it in the microwave for a minute or two and your out the door. Julie used to think I was crazy, now its her favorite meal of the day.

A balanced diet and a simple exercise will help you to reduce weight. Stay away from fried foods & go on a low fat diet. Low fat is good for your heart too.

Well have lots of vegetables and fruits along with bit of yoga and exercise will defiantly helps you reducing weight.
