On Saturday February 28, Taking Care Center in downtown Hartford will be a host site for Spinning Nation 09. We will be Spinning to raise money to fight cancer. There are still pleanty of bikes open if you would like to join the ride. If you don't want to ride but still want to help us raise money you can pledge a donation by visiting my fundraising page:

For those who want to ride you should do three things:
(1)Register at www.spinningnation.org on team "Spinmeister@TCC" or select team captain Dennis Shea and making a donation.
(2) Stop by the TCC front desk or call 860-246-2201 to make a reservation for the the hour or hour(s) you will ride on Saturday 28th. You can chose a Schwinn or Kaiser bike. You should tell the front desk that they already paid via the Spin Nation web-site. Your donation is the ride fee for the event. If you are not a TCC member-no problem, the TCC is waiving the daily fee for non-members, but will require signing a liability waiver.
(3) Have fun while donating to a great cause on Saturday's ride. You may want to recruit other riders to spin with them and increase the fun and the money raised.
