I know that doing the same exercise routine for too long will cause your body to grow accustomed but what about eating the same foods day in and day out? I saw at least one person say that it does but it could be just their opinion. I eat the same thing day in and day out because I'm a creature of habit and it's just easier sticking with what I know is a certain amount of calories and how to work them into my day. I do plan on taking a trip to Whole Foods soon to look into buying new things to eat.

You definetly want to at least slightly vary the types of foods you are eating on a regular basis. Make sure that you are taking in different types of fruits/veggies as well as different types of protein that way you get a amino acid and vitimin profile. Not only can your body get used to eating the exact same foods day in and day out, but you can also develope alergies to certian foods by eating them all the time. Also you run the risk of getting of things. When Julie first started tightening up her nutrition she would eat ground turkey non stop. Then she got of it and couldn't stomach eating it at all. That ended up limiting her options. Now she's worked it back in but less frequently.
