I don't know how the nutrient ratios break down or anything but I do know it tastes good and it fills me up until lunch. I've tried staying away from cereals so after a while oatmeal gets a little old. Here's how you make it.
2 pieces of whole wheat toast 2 table spoons of peanut butter 2 table spoons of apple sauce
Just toast your bread, spread your peanut butter on, and then add some apple sauce on top. I use Musselmans Lite cinnamon apple sauce because it has less sugar and JIF Natural peanut butter.
In total it's approximately 470 calories. I always down mine with a glass of skim milk and I'm good until lunch.

It seems tasty but I think for healthy diet point of view it is full of fats. But I will try because sometimes fats can be taken.
